2553030e55 Stop using 'mlt_profile' in render profiles. Instead use 's' and 'aspect'. 
Additionally remove code for manual invoking of consumer producer since its now done automatically by MLT on the presence of 's' and 'aspect'.

193f15aae9 Sort initializers in declaration order

5ee798aed9 Reformat initializer lists in all constructors. 
Use a consistent, readable format for all initializers. This
layout facilitates the next several patches, which implement
Effective C++ recommendations and remove compiler warnings.
The layout also works with the astyle settings in the reindent
script.

1ab9ec4cd1 Proposed solution to issue 0000345: Capture inigo error to log or screen (http://www.kdenlive.org/mantis/view.php?id=345) - adds some more debugging output, and logs command line arguments and westley content to log file in temporary directory. I believe we need something like this to help out the users that does not get anything rendered. There is no integration with the GUI though, and since I am unable to get avformat to complain, I don't know if all errors are collected. Please note that I reindented the files before committing, and that the commit is much larger than the changes due to this.

4feb93fff3 This patch tries to fix issue 0000340: Suggestion: Open Kuiserver automatically when render starts (http://www.kdenlive.org/mantis/view.php?id=340). I am sorry about the whitespace changes, actual changes are the addition of a threadsleep class, which I find hard to believe I need, a check for the kuiserver running, via dbus, and finally a waitloop with a cap of three seconds to start it. Tested under kde 4.1.2 - please revert if unacceptable
