1f2b9a3e47 Enable exporting of Windows applications on ARM 
Steps to compile ld & windres:
sudo aptitude install mingw-w64
wget https://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/binutils/binutils-2.30.tar.bz2
cd binutils-2.30
./configure --target=i686-w64-mingw32
make -j4 -l4
sudo make install
