Added a method to setup the Preferences file. Can successfully send files to preprocessor. Preprocessor not recognizing web colors, even when they are correct, though. Also, SWT things from processing.app are being run somewhere. Not problematic yet, but could be.

Added a toolbar button that only appears when the pde editor is active. Using it to help write the compiler code. Also added the Processing libs, though I doubt we need all of the ones I've added. Will remove unnecessary ones later.
