91e1bee193 fix to console commandline backspace, 
fix to console commandline insert,
usage of screen on OSX for ANSI colors is now mentioned in documentation,
work ongoing on console filebrowser completion (currently broken)

9ff5766f64 Enhanced functionality for Text layer: now can be created on the fly from the 
console and words can be added while blinking,
A new fully functional insert() function is implemented for linklist,
Some minor cleanups in console,
documentation updates.

fcc69a1518 coding between Amsterdam-Halle-Wien: 
performance profiling lead to significant speed improvements,
new blit code,
better SDL handling for more videodrivers,
context and screen API cleanup,
decent alpha channel and colorkey support are behind the next corner.
also updated all the documentation for the upcoming release.
