02b59422c9 add test/cxxtest to distribution 
this should more or less render make dist functional
see tests/freej-build-test.sh to obtain a list of files between git and
make dist

313fc403e6 Test framework. 
Add CxxTest files.
Compile and run tests with "make check" from automake.
A dumb test is provided, serious tests are coming.
