Luca Bigliardi 015c608b0f A bit more "make dist"-able. ...

- Use DIST_SUBDIRS to dist subdirectories even if these are not
  configured
- Do not run swig on "make dist"
- Add some extra files

Now bindings subdir should "make dist" nicely.

TODO on build system is still:
- say 'bye bye' to lib/javascript sources (or autotoolize)
- fix 'doc/scripting' to be able to build outside sources
