Fix several minor spelling errors found by Lintian

* lib/setup.c: miliseconds -> milliseconds
* lib/utils_wipe.c: Unsuported -> Unsupported
* man/crypsetup.8: implicitely -> implicitly
* man/veritysetup.8: verion -> version
* python/pycryptsetup.c: miliseconds -> milliseconds
