Tobias Rapp 39eafd0b2e doc/ffprobe.xsd: Clean-up choice indicator definitions ...

Remove the unneeded wrapping sequence element. Also the
minOccurs/maxOccurs occurrence indicators on the inner element
definitions can be removed.
