Bruno Herbelin	39b61fe331	Reimplementation of SourceInputCallbacks into Session ... Session should be the object holding the list of inputs parameters (e.g. synchrony) and the list of source callbacks. This also avoids mixing input when copying sources. Bruno Herbelin	3c20314aab	Metronome and Stopwatch User Interface ... New Timer window in UI for Metronome (Ableton Link management) and replaces Timers. Former Timers in Metrics are replaced with Runtime (of session, of program and of total vimix runtime in settings).
