jaromil f07aff4177 new vertical scroller layer, ...

new flash vector graphics layer (experimental! needs more debugging),
internal filter/layers opcodes as simple char (no more SDL_keysym),
fixes to the S-Lang console controller,
updates to the documentation for upcoming 0.7,
some more misc cleanups
