We do want to limit an attackers ability to change once parsed structures.
So once extradata (or another array) is finished and possibly has been used we do not
want to allow an attacker to change it.
This reduces the attack surface

Contributing
Patches should be submitted to the ffmpeg-devel mailing list using
git format-patch or git send-email. Github pull requests should be
avoided because they are not part of our review process and will be ignored.
