Andreas Rheinhardt f161f8e4ad avformat/samidec: Fix memleak upon read header failure 
The already parsed subtitles (contained in an FFDemuxSubtitlesQueue)
would leak if an error happened upon reading a subsequent subtitle
or when creating extradata.
