Andreas Rheinhardt ce7dbd0481 avcodec/codec_internal: Make FFCodec.decode use AVFrame* ...

This increases type-safety by avoiding conversions from/through void*.
It also avoids the boilerplate "AVFrame *frame = data;" line
for non-subtitle decoders.
