It is not possible to use separate words in many languages because of grammar rules. Small sentences are needed.
This suggestion makes the little adaptations required to have proper translation in other languages.

Add possibility to specifically define iTunes summary.
This a way to avoid using the podcast page content when it is used for something else.
If not set will fallback to the usual content/description logic. (This is an optionnal override.)

date formatting was thrown off by including `Z`, which breaks on Spotify (and others). `Z` could change to `O`, or the format altogether could just be `r`, making it into the required RFC 2822 date format.
