a250893c52 Fixed segfault in parsing incomplete VIMS messages, 
fixed a non fatal bug in performer, disabled recording of audio (its broken),
cleaned up a few debug statements in vj-server, minor fixes to gveejay.

18dc6041cf Fixed tickets #23, #24, #25. 
Multicast frame sender and multicast command receiver optional beside standard tcp ports.
Removed multicast support from gveejay (obsolete), Added VIMS 023/022 and /out/mcaststart ,
/out/mcaststop to start/stop multicast frame sender. Change --port to --portoffset, Added -O5 for
silent output (no visual), Updated MAN page, minor documentation updates in doc/

8ccbfa1de7 Added 2 new effects, Changed order of parameters of 
all effect that have a color key parameter.
(r = p0, g = p1, b = p2 ). Also some bugs were fixed
and default values have been changed of various effects.

 fixed use of swscaler with -O3 -o stdout
 fixed super/sub sampling in performer
 fixed RGB <-> YUV conversion formula for RGB parameters
 (many more)

Features:
 RGB parameters (color key) for 10 Effects:
 Chrominance Palette, Complex Invert, Complex Threshold,
 Complex Saturation, Complex Opacity, Grey Select,
 Chroma Key (RGB), Transparent Chroma Key (RGB + opacity)
