5aeebcc603 GVeejayReloaded: Added preview speed slider in Video -> Settings, Fix preview slowness problem , 
double buffering of preview images, reduce default quality of preview image to 112x96 with nearest neighbour interpolation,
speed up VIMS to get preview image, optimized fx cartonize,pencilscketch,magicoverlays,lumakey and flar,
merged with matthijs' glade file, added matthijs'  icons, added matthijs' themes, added samplebank prev and next button,
added samplebank spin button, added multivims panel, dont jump between console and sample/stream view on status change,
added callback to hide/show console information, fixed a few gtk criticals, fixed some other bugs, bumped version.

2699f35bee Added new effect 'Constant Blend'. This effect blends an image with a constant value. You can set the blendtype (p0), luminance scaling value ( darken: < 1.0 , lighten: > 1.0 ) (p1) and the constant value (p2)

8ccbfa1de7 Added 2 new effects, Changed order of parameters of 
all effect that have a color key parameter.
(r = p0, g = p1, b = p2 ). Also some bugs were fixed
and default values have been changed of various effects.

aa1a846729 Added new effect 'Artistic Filter (oilpaint)' 
p0: brush size (1-64)
p1: smoothness (0-255)
p2: 0 = exlude chroma
    1 = include chroma

This effect is realtime with 352x288 video 
(with default parameters) on a P4
All parameters affect performance.
