Finished feature 'Liveset save / restore'
The configuration file saves:
* EditList , SampleList and StreamList
* VIMS Bundles
* Customized keybindings
Use veejay -l liveset to load the configuration file.
Use sayVIMS "085:1 liveset;" to save the configuration file.
In GVeejay launcher, press yellow button to load a configuration file
or press the red button to save a configuration file.

fixed a non fatal bug in performer, disabled recording of audio (its broken),
cleaned up a few debug statements in vj-server, minor fixes to gveejay.

Multicast frame sender and multicast command receiver optional beside standard tcp ports.
Removed multicast support from gveejay (obsolete), Added VIMS 023/022 and /out/mcaststart ,
/out/mcaststop to start/stop multicast frame sender. Change --port to --portoffset, Added -O5 for
silent output (no visual), Updated MAN page, minor documentation updates in doc/
