niels	e5ac37a5b8	fix reloaded build against newer ffmpeg, add large file support (avilib still limited to 4gb), workarround bug in lzo compressor, ... refactored all memcpy into (multithreaded) frame copy, refactored all memset into (multirheaded) frame clear, multithreaded super and sub sampling (only tested 4:2:2 ), added new mode to pencil sketch, fixed bug in lens correction, multithreaded 36 effects, updated minilzo to newer version, multhreaded yuv functions for format conversion and pixel scaling, multithreaded fx chain fader, multithreaded fx apply in libvje.
