a250893c52 Fixed segfault in parsing incomplete VIMS messages, 
fixed a non fatal bug in performer, disabled recording of audio (its broken),
cleaned up a few debug statements in vj-server, minor fixes to gveejay.

18dc6041cf Fixed tickets #23, #24, #25. 
Multicast frame sender and multicast command receiver optional beside standard tcp ports.
Removed multicast support from gveejay (obsolete), Added VIMS 023/022 and /out/mcaststart ,
/out/mcaststop to start/stop multicast frame sender. Change --port to --portoffset, Added -O5 for
silent output (no visual), Updated MAN page, minor documentation updates in doc/
