Niels Elburg	18dc6041cf	Fixed tickets #23, #24, #25. ... Multicast frame sender and multicast command receiver optional beside standard tcp ports. Removed multicast support from gveejay (obsolete), Added VIMS 023/022 and /out/mcaststart , /out/mcaststop to start/stop multicast frame sender.
