4ac3e215dd Reloaded : FxList, always "button_fx_entry" enabled 
* Better uix on fx selection ! User not obliged to switch to "fx chain" panel
in case of not continue fx chain list.

Trics : Use the fx entry button to change current fx entry with "Ctrl db click"
on effect list to construct the chain list of the mixed source of current sample :-)
