Differences:
does not implement livido_get_readonly()
does not need passing of size_t at all
implements palettes YUV888,YUVA888 in livido.h
suggests to rename LIVIDO_PROPERTY_READONLY to LIVIDO_PROPERTY_FINAL
mediation layer does not make use of livido memory functions
