Added new effect 'Constant Blend'. This effect blends an image with a constant value. You can set the blendtype (p0), luminance scaling value ( darken: < 1.0 , lighten: > 1.0 ) (p1) and the constant value (p2)

Veejay - effect library
-----------------------

Supported platforms:

 x86, MIPS, PPC and SGI


Supported colorspace models:

- YUV Planer 4:2:0 (YV12)
- YUV Planar 4:2:2



There are currently 105 effects.

This library is obsolete. It will be replaced by vevo
