added -Z commandline option to load all generators as streams
added tag type 'GENERATOR' which can use frei0r,livido or freeframe generators
work left in parameter handling
changes to shared memory resource
removed env var VEEJAY_SHM_MASTER
create shared resource on startup
user activated by sending vims message 25
client can export VEEJAY_SHMID and run with Livido generators
